Your phone screening
Before your visit, a patient coordinator will call to talk through your goals, budget, timeline, and any surgeon preference.
Your 1:1 consultation
A 60-minute consultation with a board-certified* plastic surgeon, in person or virtually. Bring photos of results you like. Your surgeon will recommend a procedure, explain where the incisions will be, and review your recovery plan.
Your surgery
Your procedure is performed at our accredited surgery center in Murrieta. Your surgeon will let you know how long it will take.
Your recovery
After surgery, you recover in a private on-site room staffed by certified nurses. We schedule no more than two patients in the OR at a time. Follow-up calls and visits are included, and our team can help out-of-town patients arrange travel and lodging.

Cost depends on the procedure, your surgical plan, and whether you're combining procedures. You will receive an exact quote at your consultation. Financing is available, with up to 24 months of deferred interest for qualified patients. Ask about $500 off qualifying breast surgery this month.
You don't need to decide before your consultation. In general, augmentation adds volume, a lift raises and reshapes the breasts, a reduction removes excess tissue, and a revision corrects a previous surgery. Many patients combine procedures. Your surgeon will evaluate your anatomy and goals and recommend a plan. Inspiration photos are helpful.
We offer saline, silicone, gummy bear (cohesive silicone), and Motiva® implants. Each type differs in feel, incision size, and how a rupture is detected. Your surgeon will help you choose based on your anatomy and preferences.
Incisions are placed where they're least noticeable. Augmentation usually uses the breast crease or the edge of the areola. Lifts and reductions typically involve an incision around the areola, often extending down and sometimes along the crease. Scars fade substantially over the first year.
It depends on the procedure, but most patients are up and moving within a day or two and back to desk work within one to two weeks. Lifting, chest exercise, and high-impact activity come back gradually over several weeks. Your surgeon will give you a timeline based on your procedure, your job, and your routine.
You'll see a change immediately, but swelling needs time to resolve and, with implants, the breasts need time to settle. Most patients see their final result over a few months.
Not necessarily. Pregnancy and breastfeeding can change breast size and shape, which can affect your result over time. Lifts and reductions can also affect breastfeeding. Discuss your plans with your surgeon at your consultation.
Good candidates are in good general health, are not pregnant or nursing, and have finished breast development. Your surgeon will confirm whether a procedure is right for you at your consultation.
